About Us

Structured under the guidelines of the Aboriginal Capital Corporation Program of the Canadian Aboriginal Economic Development Strategy, TWCC was created through the efforts and application of five Manitoba Tribal Councils and a number of Independent First Nations. From the original three employees, TWCC has grown to its present sizes of over 165 employees across multiple lines of business. Success Stories

Sarah Chartrand

Customer Care Trainer

TWCC has provided me with the skills to expand further in other aspects of life and helped me gain confidence to expand within the company.

The communication and social aspects of working here have helped me go further than where I imagined to be today, and I continue to grow more each day.

Breanna Soltys

Customer Care Representative

TWCC has given me the opportunity and experience I need to develop and improve my personal skillsets. Some of my most noted are: Time Management, Presenting, Public Speaking, Communication and Writing skills.

Within my 1-year employment at TWCC, I have been fully trained and prepared me for my next challenge and as a result I am ready to move on to new roles within the company such as Training Facilitator and Employee Coach.
